Station One

In the early 1900’s an old Southern rail line used to run from downtown Wilmington to Wrightsville Beach. During the summer months thousands of passengers would ride the old “beach cars” in search of a cooling ocean breeze and a day at the beach.

Station One, once a thriving rail platform, today is the iconic oceanfront resort whose name is not only a nod to history, but synonymous with luxury island living.

Conveniently centered in the heart of the island, Station One’s commanding presence positions it as the quintessential condominium community on Wrightsville Beach. Sited on a private enclave of oceanfront property are 88 direct oceanfront condominiums and 16 stately townhomes. Within this community you will find a private pool, tennis court, grilling area, bike and beach storage lockers and more. Lush landscaping, clubhouse, onsite concierge management services and private security are all part of an amenities package that makes Station One the preferred oceanfront condominium complex on the North Carolina coast.

The old train pulled out decades ago, but the cooling sea breeze, the white sandy beach and the crystal blue ocean still attracts visitors to this island. And a lucky few will get to call Station One home.
