LISTING PHOTOGRAPHY

Just like a person, property listings have one chance to make a memorable first impression. Professional photography stands behind every HH&W listing, using the very latest technology. We contract with multiple photographers to ensure our properties are captured in the most favorable lighting conditions.

 

DIGITAL PUSH

Listing announcement emails are sent to an extensive database collection of prospective buyers. The HH&W search engine and social media syndication team canvass the listing across the web using both geographic and behavioral targeting.

 

PRINT MARKETING

We contract with multiple highly distributed magazines that enjoy extended shelf life, rotating our listings thru each month for maximum exposure. Direct mail postcards are sent to targeted neighborhoods and a rolodex full of prospective buyers. Property brochures include floorplan rendering and are hand delivered to prospective buyers on-site as we tour them through our listings.

 

VIDEOGRAPHY

Some of the homes we represent are conducive architecturally to being showcased by video. When appropriate, we contract a professional videographer for this task.

We personally attend every showing and prepare the home prior to the arrival of each and every prospective buyer. This allows our team to professionally demonstrate the property and address questions on-site.

 

ACCESSIBILITY | NO CALL CENTER

At HH&W we believe in answering the phone, when you call us – a broker fully invested in your listing will pick up the phone. We are on duty seven days per week. We personally schedule all showing appointments.

 

INTERIOR STAGING

The process of launching our listing(s) begins with pre-photography staging. Some listings require our interior staging team, while others are photo-ready. If staging is needed, we bring clear containers & box up any loose Items. Our stager may bring flowers, neutral bed spreads, etc. If desired, all items will be put back in their appropriate place once photos are taken.

 

LISTING PHOTOGRAPHY

We contract with multiple photographers using the very latest technology. (Drone, HOR, SLR pole, SLR tri-pod) Photographers shoot the property at different times of day, capturing ideal lighting conditions. Properties along the sound generally require a mid to full tide.

 

FLOORPLAN

As photos are being captured,our team creates a pdf floorplan that will be used in both print & digital marketing.

 

LISTING LAUNCH

When the listing officially goes ‘live’ in the MLS,our search engine & social media syndication teams canvass the listing across the web. Your property will be found on the following: Realtor.com, Zillow.com, Trulia.com, YouTube, Pinterest, Twitter, etc.

 

SHOWING FEEDBACK

HH&W firm policy is to be present each time your home is being shown. We personally meet every prospective buyer, and do not use lockboxes. Immediately following any showing, we call-in feedback to our centralized HH&W Voice number. This ensures all pertinent information is captured in real time and digitized; Allowing you to listen to feedback at any time, from any device, anywhere in the world. Your feedback audio file is emailed within two (2) business days following every showing.

 

TRANSPARENCY &REPORTING

Our seller clients receive an introductory email with all marketing links embedded for review. This intro email will describe how we utilize cloud storage to make our systems transparent. All subsequent postcards, feedback audio files, analytics & monthly reports will be placed into your properties HH&W cloud storage folder for easy access on any device with an internet connection.

 

DIRECT MAIL

Just listed postcards are mailed to our database collection of prospective buyers. Postcard mailers are also sent to Wrightsville Beach & Landfall property owners.

 

PROPERTY BROCHURE

All listings receive a heavy weight, full bleed 11 x 17 property brochure. This is hand delivered to prospective buyers on-site as we tour them through your listing.

 

PRINT MAGAZINE

We contract with WB Magazine & Salt Magazine for premium ad placement. Rotating our listings through each month for maximum exposure. Each of these publications enjoy extended shelf life.
