Did you know that Wrightsville Beach hosts it’s very own full length and half marathon, sponsored by Quintiles? This annual race boasts a beautiful, relatively flat course that tours all of Wrightsville Beach and up into Wilmington via Eastwood Road, Military Cutoff, all through Landfall, and finishing at Mayfaire Town Center.
