It’s time to dust off your market basket and head over to Seawater Lane in Wrightsville Beach! Monday, May 5th, 2014 is the opening day for the Wrightsville Beach Farmers Market. Vendors will be open for business from 8:00 am until 1:00 pm. Last season’s move to the larger site on the town’s municipal grounds was a big success and that is where the market will continue this spring and summer.
We are always looking forward to spring and summer here at the beach, so this is truly a date we eagerly anticipate. The majority of the long-standing vendors will be back, along with some new ones. Just a few of the items that will be on hand are: conventional and organic produce, herbs, fresh flowers, baked goods, seafood, local honey, eggs, and some wonderful arts and crafts.
