17TH Annual Brits at the Beach Car Show

If car shows make your heart race, you’ll want to make sure you check out a truly unique event at Wrightsville Beach Park in September.

The British Motor Club of the Cape Fear will be hosting its 17th Annual Brits at the Beach Car Show on Saturday, September 26, 2015. A dazzling array of British sports cars will be on display, including MG Roadsters, Jaguars, Triumphs and Austin Healeys – just to name a few of the models you’ll see.

The event kicks off with registration at 9am at the Wrightsville Beach Show Field, and in addition to rows and rows of beautifully restored British machines, you can enjoy food vendors, a 50/50 raffle and music by the Rusty Bumpers. Founded in 1988 by a small but dedicated group of British car enthusiasts, the British Motor Club of the Cape Fear has grown its ranks to more than 100 members today.

The group holds monthly meetings and a variety of events throughout the year – with the Brits at the Beach show serving as their cornerstone event. The club proudly donates proceeds from the event to a variety of local charities. For more information on this year’s show, visit the club’s website at www.bmccf.org.
