Registration may be done online until this Sunday 11/23 or in-person on Thanksgiving morning, Thursday, November 27th. Sign in is at 7:30 am with an 8:30 start. As part of this year’s activities, there is a certified 5K and a 1-mile walk. 5k racers have until Sunday, 11/23 to register online for $35 and then up until the 27th for an entry fee of $45. Children 5 and under are free and 1-mile walkers may participate for a $15 donation.

Since it began 10 years ago, the WB Turkey Trot has gained a tremendous following. Over the years, businesses, friends, service groups, neighbors and families have gathered for a morning of silly, good-natured competition. Along with supporting a great cause and getting in a little fresh air and exercise, it is also the best place around to see some crazy hats and variations on the Turkey costume theme! It has also become a Thanksgiving tradition for many. For more information and to register, please use this link: http://www.wilmingtonturkeytrot.com/
